ACNT  Use   the  ICNT   co.mand  to  process  accounting  data,  create  accounting  
records for logged-on users, and reset the accumulated accounting data.
For each user specified, an accounting record is created giving thetime   used  by  his  virtual  machine   since  the  last  ICNT   command  was  issued  for  
hi. or since he logged on. Therecbrd   produced  is  identical  to  the  
record given when the user logs off ofVM/370.   Each  user  receives  a  message   at  his  terminal  that  indicates  the  accumulated  accounting  data,  
and the accuaulated accounting data for each user is reset to zeros.I   user  can  suppress  the  accounting  message  by   entering  the  CP  command  SET  ICNT   OFF.  The  format  of  the  ICNT   command  is:

instructions within the virtualmachine.   executing  TOTCPU   amm:ss.hh   is  the  processor  time   spent  in  executing  
instructions within the virtual machine plus
processortime   used  by   the  control  program   in
