SLEEP puts the user into a wait state enabling messages to be
received.

NOTES _____
• To return to the FRESS environment after issuing SLEEP, the
user should press the interrupt, attn, or break key at the
terminal.
• SLEEP is useful when the user wants to contemplate what to
next, but still wants to receive messages as they are sent.
• It is a good idea to do an ACCEPT before issuing SLEEP, as a
guard against later system troubles.
