!-F-
!-F- start/end footnote _____________________________
Text between two of these codes will become a footnote and will
be set at the bottom of the current column (page) when the file is
FULLPRINTed.
!-F[<n>]-
<n>...the footnote number. If specified, the automatic footnote
counter will be reset to <n>. If not, it is incremented by
one (it starts at 1).
NOTES _____
• Space is set aside at the bottom of the current page (column)
in which the footnotes appear. A blank line and a horizontal
line separate the main text from the footnote(s).
• The value of the footnote counter appears as a superscript at
the location of the starting !-F- code and at the left margin
of the line in the footnote area in which the footnote appears.
• A !-F- must be used to close the footnote, regardless of
whether <n> was specified in the opening code.
• The !-E- edit code is useful for attaching footnotes to
headings, while keeping them from appearing in the Table of
Contents.
