• CP Change Password _______________________
CPASSWORD switches the current operational password on the
file.
CPassword <pass>
NOTES _____
• CPASSWORD is useful for allowing someone else to view the file
without any alteration capability (see APASSWORD), sparing the
need to use FFILE and retrieve it under a different password.
• If the new password does not have a CPASSWORD capability, it
will not be possible to subsequently change passwords again
(unless FFILE is used to free the file and GFILE is issued with
another password).
RESTRICTIONS ____________
• <pass> must be a previously created password (see APASSWORD).
