TITLES
RESTRICTIONS ____________
• No format codes (including underscore or macro codes), or
hypertext (decimal references) may appear in <string>.
• It is not possible to have two variations of the same title
string in effect simultaneously (e.g., !+titleT=4L+LEFT-SIDE**+
and !+titleT=4R+**RIGHT-SIDE+).
EXAMPLES ________
!+titleT+**Everypage Title+ ___________________________
This title will appear right-justified, on line 4 of every
page.
!+titleS=5+-:-+ _______________
Each page will be numbered in a thesis format: five lines
from the top, and centered.
!+titleE=63C+FRESS Resource Manual*Release 9.1+ _______________________________________________
every On line 63 of _____ page, "FRESS Resource Manual" will be
left-aligned and "Release 9.1" will be centered.
!+titleF+**Section 4 -- :+ __________________________
"Section 4 -- <page#>" will be printed right-aligned three
lines from the bottom of the page (which defaults to line
63).
