CHANGE replaces a string of text in a file with a new string.
Change <scope> <text>
<scope>...the old text to be substituted for
<text>....the literal string to be substituted
NOTES _____
• If <text> is omitted, Input Mode will be entered (an example of
this is illustrated in the description of SUBSTITUTE, an
identical command).

CANNOT DELETE START OR LAST END LINE OF SPACE
