NOTES _____
A grid is a combination of special characters (left corner,
grid characters right corner, etc.) known collectively as ____ __________.
Since most of these grid characters are not available on
typewriter keyboards, they must be represented by grid
symbols character _______.
An important concept employed by the !+GRID+ code is one of
horizontal expansion _____________________. FRESS expands a grid character by
placing one or more expansion characters after the grid
character when the grid is printed. Figure 4.4 lists the
characters used to expand each grid character under the "H"
column.
